SOFTWARE TRIAL CONTRACT

We, the undersigned, accept the following software(s) as checked below to be provided to us by Simulations Heat Transfer (SHT) on a trial basis per the conditions specified in this contract.

Please check :

O BEST (cost estimating program for shell & tube exchangers)

O TDST (thermal design program for shell & tube exchangers)

TERMS and CONDITIONS: As a condition of this agreement, we agree not to copy the above referenced software(s). We further agree to return all materials provided to us no later than 30 (thirty) day trial period unless other arrangements have been reached with SHT in writing. This contract agreement shall terminate on the return of the referenced software(s) and other materials.

The undersigned accepts in compliance with the terms of this contract, that if Demo of the software(s) as checked above is not returned within the 30 (thirty) day period after it was received by the user, the software(s) shall be purchased without any further conditions.

To purchase the software(s) after the trial period, the "Non-Exclusive Software License Agreement" must be signed and forwarded to SHT along with the full payment no later than seven (7) days after the trial period ending date.

The software trial period will commence on the receipt by the undersigned and extends for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter.
