SOFTWARE LEASE CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Simulations Heat Transfer, here called SHT, grants to the undersigned name customer, here referred to as 'Customer', the lease of its proprietary program (s) as checked below:

THE LEASE
These programs are leased solely for Customer internal use for the
location indicated in this contract . Programs are for single (CPU) computer installation
unless otherwise specified. All rights, titles and interests in and to the above
referenced software remain the sole property of SHT. Neither these programs nor these
agreements may be loaned, assigned, subleased, or transferred by the Customer without
prior written consent from SHT.
TERM
The lease term period of this agreement remains in effect for the entire
period of the lease. It can only be cancelled by SHT if any conditions of this contract is
violated. The Customer agrees to pay the fee for the entire lease period if it cancels the
lease. The Customer shall delete and remove all leased programs and files from their
computers and return all materials no later than lease period ending date plus five (5)
days unless other arrangements have been made in advance with SHT in writing.
If materials are not returned as indicated, the lease term will be automatically renewed
for the same period as specified in this contract agreement.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
SHT makes no warranties with respect to the above referenced software. Customer agrees that SHT shall not be liable for any loss profits or any demands or claims against the customer by any other parties. In no event SHT shall be liable for consequential damages. By signing of this contract and/or using these programs, user is accepting all terms and conditions of this contract agreement.
